The 25th Elvaston Castle Pagan Picnic in the Park
Family friendly picnicSunday September 05 2010 Twelve noon until about five or half past
Elvaston Castle Country Park near Derby
An independent family friendly event open to Pagans and Pagan friendly individuals, irrespective of age, gender ethnicity or Tradition or number of heads To be held at Elvaston Castle Country Park near Derby Meet near the Castle at 12 noon and bring food and drink to share. Musical instruments (optional) Dress up or wear your robes (optional) DISCLAIMER The organisers of this event do not accept liability for persons attending suffering personal injury, damage to or loss of property. Attendance of this event assumes acceptance of this disclaimer. This event is not associated with any one particular national organisation and is not part of an organised recruitment drive. This is a free event although the park does charge for parking. Elvaston Castle is a public park. Waving sharp pointy things, going skyclad and skinney dipping in the lake are strictly forbidden. Please refrain from cursing the muggles.

On The Forest Recreation Ground - Behind The Pavilion
Last year we held a picnic on the Arboretum to mark the end of the Nottingham Pagan Meetup Group , this year is a picnic to celebrate the Nottingham Pagan Networks 1st Birthday . Bring your own food a drink and come show off your drumming , poi and juggling talents! To celebrate Mabon the Lumi witch will be leading a ritual . There will also be a raffle (all proceeds going to Pagan Pride, www.paganpride.org.uk/)
