If you have anything you wish to include, the deadlines for issues are as follows:

For the spring issue     (Released March)     the deadline is Feb. 14th
For the summer issue     (Released June)         the deadline is May 14th
For the autumn issue     (Released September)     the deadline is Aug 14th
For the winter issue     (Released December)     the deadline is Nov 14th

Each quarter we print over 100 copies of the Phoenix which is sent out in the post to members. As you can imagine, this uses a lot of paper, envelopes & stamps! In order to reduce the environmental cost as well as the financial cost, ‘The Phoenix’ is now available via email in PDF (or Word) format If you have a PC & email facility we are encouraging you to receive your PF newsletter electronically instead of through the mail.
